Amberley Launching August 11th 2026
Amberley dads, this is your chance to help build Wild Dad from day one.
We're officially launching the Amberley Outpost on Tuesday August 11th.
If you've been looking for a reason to spend more quality time with your kids, get outdoors, make some great memories, and connect with other local dads, this is it.
Join the Amberley Outpost today and become one of the founding dads.
Then meet us at The Railway Tavern 8.50 PM for the official launch night.
Wondering why we're starting so late? I'll be speaking at a parent cyber safety evening at Amberley School from 6:30pm to 8:30pm beforehand. If you'd like to come along to that as well, you're very welcome. As soon as that finishes, we'll head straight to the Wild Dad founding night.
I'll be travelling down from Wellington to meet with the founding dads. We'll plan the first term of adventures, lock in the weekly adventure schedule, and get Wild Dad Amberley up and running.
If this sounds like something your kids would love, jump in and help build it from day one.

HOW WILDDAD WORKS
WildDad outposts meet every week during the school term, usually Sundays from 2–5pm.
Each week brings a new adventure: bush missions, rivers, beach fires, hikes, camping, frisbee golf, high ropes courses, fishing, biking, eeling, glove gun wars, and more.
WildDad works best when dads and kids show up consistently and become part of the local crew. Think of it like a sports team: you're missed when you're not there.
If you work shifts or have week-on/week-off custody, simply show up when the kids are in your care.
